Singer Jasmine Sandlas has opened up about the musical legacy she hopes to leave behind, revealing that she wants to be remembered for creating songs centred on love.
In a recent Instagram post, the ‘Dhurandhar’ singer shared her aspirations of building a collection of songs dedicated to the emotion, expressing her hope that her music will continue to resonate with listeners long after she is gone.
“I wanna sing a 100 songs about Love and in a 100 years if anyone even remembers me, I want to be known as the girl who sang about love,” she wrote.
Alongside the heartfelt message, Jasmine shared photographs of herself in a white dress, striking a variety of candid and posed looks for the camera.
Previously, the singer had offered a glimpse of one of her favourite moments from her ongoing ‘The Dream Girl Tour’, describing the experience as “unreal and ethereal”.
Sharing a video from her concert in Bengaluru, Jasmine said the moment held a special place among her memories of the tour.
“This moment was unreal and ethereal. This is one of my top favourite moments from ‘The Dream Girl Tour.’ It was in Bangalore,” she wrote.
Jasmine also revealed that she prefers receiving videos recorded by fans from within the audience over professionally curated concert footage. According to the singer, fan-recorded clips allow her to hear the audience singing along and connect more closely with their emotions.
On the professional front, Jasmine Sandlas recently collaborated with Satinder Sartaaj on the romantic track ‘Jaiye Sajana’ from the film ‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’.
Known for her distinctive voice and contributions to Punjabi and Bollywood music, Jasmine has built a strong following with popular tracks such as ‘Yaar Naa Miley’ from Kick, ‘Illegal Weapon’ and ‘Illegal Weapon 2.0’ with Garry Sandhu, and ‘Patt Lai Geya’.
