Jammu Kashmir Road Accident: 4 people died and 5 were injured in a horrific collision between a Tata Sumo and a dumper truck late night in Palar under Budgam. Nine injured were taken to hospital, where four were declared dead. Treatment of the remaining five is ongoing. Police investigation is ongoing.
New Delhi. An accident took place in Budgam district of Jammu and Kashmir on Saturday night, which spread panic in the entire area. At around 10:30 pm, amidst the mild cold and less traffic on the roads in Palar area, suddenly a loud sound was heard. This was the sound of a massive head-on collision between a Tata Sumo and a dumper truck. According to eyewitnesses, the accident was so terrible that parts of both the vehicles were scattered far and wide. People present nearby ran to the spot and somehow started evacuating the injured. Within a short time the police and rescue team also reached. A total of 9 people were taken to the nearest hospital, but doctors declared 4 of them dead. The remaining 5 are injured and are still undergoing treatment. After all, how did such a sudden collision happen?
