Jabalpur is going to get the largest and state -of -the -art flyover in the state. This elevated corridor, 6.855 km long built at a cost of 1052 crores, includes 192 meter cable stay bridge and 3 Bo-String Bridge. Now the distance of 45 minutes will be covered in just 6-8 minutes.
Bhopal. 23 August 2025 will be a historic day for Jabalpur when Union Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari and Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav will dedicate the state’s largest and state -of -the -art flyover to the public on Saturday.
Example of modern engineering made at a cost of 1052 crores
Built at a cost of about Rs 1052 crore, this 6.855 km long elevated corridor is not only the largest flyover in Madhya Pradesh, but its many technical features make it unique.
The biggest attraction of this project is the 192 meter long single sponing cable stay bridge over the rail route. Apart from this, a total of 3 bo-string bridges have also been included in it. Two of these are built in Ranital and one in Baldevbagh area. All bridges are made from steel and each bridge is about 70 meters in length.

With the introduction of flyover, the journey from Madan Mahal to Damoh Naka will be very easy. Where earlier it used to take 40-45 minutes to cover this distance, now this journey will be completed in just 6-8 minutes.
