Rakshikha Ravi represented Bengaluru Blasters in the inaugural Indian Pickleball League (IPBL) and emerged as one of the standout young players of the tournament.
She played an important role in the women’s doubles matches and contributed consistently during the Grand Rallies. One of the highlights of the league was her cameo alongside Arjun Singh, where the duo impressed with their chemistry and fearless gameplay.
Despite Bengaluru Blasters not enjoying the best overall run, the spotlight often stayed on them as the youngest team in the league. Rakshikha and her teammates played with confidence and maturity beyond their years, earning praise for their approach and energy on court.
Already one of the youngest and most recognisable faces on the Indian pickleball circuit, Rakshikha entered the IPBL with momentum on her side. She had recently represented India at the Pickleball World Cup in Florida, where she finished her campaign with a medal and made headlines with her performances on the international stage.
Reflecting on her IPBL experience, “The scale of the league stood out the most. It was a major motivation for players, highlighting the organisation, the large stadium setup, and the overall presentation of the event,” Rakshikha said. “Such exposure encourages players to push themselves and perform at a higher level,” she added.
When asked about equipment, Rakshikha recommended the Hyperion Pro 4 paddle, adding that she also uses the Hyperion Pro 3 (3S version). “Shoes are ideal for athletes in general, but for a pickleball player, a paddle makes the perfect choice,” she said.
Rakshikha’s journey through the IPBL, combined with her international success, underlined her growing stature in Indian pickleball and reinforced her reputation as one of the sport’s most promising young talents.
