The actress said she believed Mahhi had interpreted the situation in a way that made the issue bigger than it needed to be, particularly after comments about her past and her former husband, rapper Badshah.
Isha says Mahhi could have spoken to her directly
Speaking about the disagreement, Isha said she viewed Mahhi’s comments as her personal interpretation of what had happened. She questioned why Mahhi discussed the matter with others instead of approaching her directly.
“I just feel that it was Mahhi’s opinion, and she has set a narrative,” Isha said. According to Isha, a direct conversation might have avoided the situation developing into a larger controversy.
She added that she did not believe the issue needed to receive as much attention as it eventually did. Her comments came while reflecting on her experience inside the Bigg Boss house and how differently contestants can perceive the same events.
Actress explains why she struggled to understand Mahhi
Isha also spoke about her equation with Mahhi during their time on the reality show. She said she found Mahhi difficult to understand because her behaviour appeared different depending on the circumstances.
According to Isha, the contestants experienced the house continuously, while viewers saw selected portions through the daily episodes. That difference, she suggested, affected how she perceived Mahhi and contributed to her difficulty in building a connection with her.
“People were watching an hour-long episode, but we were watching everything 24/7,” Isha said. She added that after leaving the show and watching Mahhi’s episodes herself, her perspective changed.
Isha praises Mahhi’s approach to arguments
After watching the episodes from outside the house, Isha said she developed a different view of Mahhi. She said she liked Mahhi’s personality and appreciated the way she stood her ground during arguments that she considered logical.
Isha acknowledged that Mahhi’s reactions could be loud but said she felt that approach worked for her within the reality-show environment. She also spoke positively about Qazi Touqeer while discussing the events surrounding the controversy.

The disagreement followed a heated confrontation between Qazi Touqeer and Yung DSA during a task. Isha attempted to intervene and later became emotional, explaining that the aggressive exchange had triggered difficult feelings connected to her past experiences.
Mahhi subsequently questioned Isha’s reference to trauma and raised her past relationship with Badshah while discussing the incident. Mahhi also suggested that such references could lead viewers to form assumptions about what may have happened in Isha’s previous marriage.
