Prime Video has unveiled the explosive trailer for its upcoming Telugu Original series, Isakapatnam. Set in a fictional port town, the crime drama revolves around gang wars, political rivalries, family feuds, and the ruthless fight for power. At its core is an emotionally charged father-daughter conflict that changes the fate of the town.
Samuthirakani plays Naidu, the town’s most influential man, who commands an empire with immense control over politics, crime, and trade. Confident that he can outsmart every rival, Naidu’s biggest obstacle unexpectedly comes from his own daughter, Bharati (Aishwarya Rajesh). Determined to carve her own path, she refuses to live under the shadow of her father’s power.
As their relationship turns into a fierce battle, loyalties shift, old rivalries intensify, and the fight for control of the town reaches a boiling point. Directed by Garry BH, written by Prashant Ragathi, and dialogues by Tajuddin Syed, the seven-episode crime thriller is produced by Rahul Tamada and Saideep Reddy Borra under the banner of Tamada Media Productions.
Headlined by Samuthirakani and Aishwarya Rajesh, the series boasts a stellar ensemble cast including Sunil, Naresh Agastya, Merin Philip, Sudhakar Komakula, Rajeev Kanakala, Mime Gopi, Rohini Banerjee, Jwala Koti, Ravi Varma, and Raja Chembolu in pivotal roles.
Isakapatnam will premiere exclusively on Prime Video in Telugu with dubs in Tamil and Hindi and subtitles in 15 languages, including English, across India and over 240 countries and territories worldwide on July 2. Isakapatnam joins Prime Video’s blockbuster lineup for Prime Day.
