Why is the ration card updated?
The central government has introduced details of ration card holders to several government databases. This includes CBDT (Income Tax Department), MRTH (Road Transport Ministry), MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs), PM farmer and other agencies. From this it is being ensured that ration reached the right needy people and ineligible beneficiaries can be removed from the list. About 1.34 crore fake or ineligible ration cards have already been canceled between 2021-23.
Can ration card cut or not? How to trick
step 1
First go to your block headquarters and ask for a copy of the ration card ineligible list.
Step 2
Get your information, such as cardholder name, family members, income and property. If your name is in this list then proceed carefully.
Step 3
Appeal or verification. Fill the appeal form in the block office. Submit the necessary documents. Wait for online or offline verification. Keep in mind that the state governments will complete this process by 30 September this year.
