The court has issued notices to both Shami and the West Bengal government as Hasin Jahan has sought an increase in the monthly allowance given to her and her daughter. Till now he was given ₹ 400000 maintenance allowance, but he believes that this amount is very less, he should be given ₹ 10 lakh.
