Tata Capital IPO: Mega Issue of ₹ 15,500 Crore
Tata Capital, which is a non-banking financial powerhouse, is going to launch its IPO between 6 and 8 October. Its price band is fixed ₹ 310 – ₹ 326 per share and the lot size is 46 shares. This is the largest IPO ever of 2025. This issue of a total of 47.58 crore shares is divided into two parts. Fresh Issue 21 crore shares (₹ 6,846 crore) and offer-for-cell (offs) 26.58 crore shares. Tata Sons is selling 23 million shares through the ORS, while the International Finance Corporation will offer 3.58 crore shares.
When will LG Electronics India IPO open?
The IPO of LG Electronics India will open from 7 to 9 October, which aims to raise ₹ 11,607 crore. This is just offer-for-cell (offs), there is no fresh issue in it. LG’s South Korea -based parent company will sell 10.18 crore shares. The price band of this IPO is ₹ 1,080- ₹ 1,140 per share and lot size 13 shares.
Rubicon Research IPO: new opportunity for pharmaceutical sector
The IPO of Rubikon Research will open on 9 October and will run till 13 October. This is an issue of ₹ 1,377.50 crore, with ₹ 500 crore fresh share and ₹ 877.5 crore ofS will be sold by Promoter General Atlantic Singapore RR Private Limited by RR PVT LTD.
Anantam Highways Trust IPO: New Entry in Infrastructure Sector
The IPO of the Anantam Highway Trust for the Investors of the Infrastructure Sector will open from 7 to 9 October. The price of this issue of ₹ 400 crore is ₹ 98–100 per unit. Invit will use this fund for loan to your Spvs and for general purposes.
SME IPO: Mittal Sections
In the listing of SME IPO, Mittal Sections IPO will open from October 7 to 10. This issue of ₹ 52.91 crore will be launched through a fresh issue of 37 lakh shares. Its price has been fixed ₹ 136 ₹ 143. The company produces mild steel and structural steel products such as bars, flats, angles and channels.
