Gill’s injury history
This is the fourth time in the last 18 months that Shabhman Gill has been injured. He suffered from neck stiffness in October 2024, due to which he had to be ruled out of the first Test against New Zealand. After that, in November 2024, he was ruled out of the first Test of the Border Gavaskar Trophy due to an injury to the left thumb. In November 2025, he suffered a neck injury, due to which he was ruled out of the second Test against South Africa. And now due to muscle spasm he could not play against Rajasthan Royals.
