New Delhi: It needed an exceptional hitting effort from Rajasthan Royals to end Punjab Kings’ unbeaten run in IPL 2026 as the visiting team won by six wickets in New Chandigarh on Tuesday.
Once Marcus Stoinis’ 20-ball half century powered Punjab to 222 for 4, the odds were against Rajasthan to overhaul that total.
But a combined batting effort ensured that Rajasthan won in 19.2 overs, ending Punjab’s unbeaten run in the tournament after seven matches.
