The 12th match of IPL 2026 will be played today between Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and Punjab Kings (PBKS) at Eden Gardens from 7:00 pm. This is the third match of both the teams this season. While Punjab Kings will aim to score a hat-trick of wins, Kolkata is eagerly waiting for its first win. Punjab has won both its last matches against Gujarat Titans and Chennai Super Kings and is fourth in the points table. On the other hand, Kolkata has suffered big defeats against Mumbai Indians and Sunrisers Hyderabad in both the matches so far, due to which the team is at ninth position. Kolkata desperately needs to find its rhythm and the right combination. The shadow of rain is also looming over this match, due to which there is a possibility of less overs.
