New Delhi: Fast bowlers Lungi Ngidi and T Natarajan bagged three wickets each as Delhi Capitals (DC) bowled out Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) for a paltry 141 runs in their Indian Premier League (IPL) 2026 encounter on Wednesday.
In the 5th match of the cash-rich league at the Ekana stadium in Lucknow, the Super Giants folded in just 18.4 overs as the batters failed to tackle a disciplined bowling from the Capitals side. Abdul Samad top-scored for the Super Giants with a 25-ball 36 while opener Mitchell Marsh scored 35 runs up front in 28 balls after the side was asked to bat first.

Aiden Markram also failed to create his magic as he was cleaned up for just 11 runs by Axar Patel. Ayush Badoni and Nicholas Pooran also could not muster courage to stand in front of the bowlers as the duo was dismissed cheaply.
For DC, Natarajan grabbed three wickets for 29 runs while Ngidi also took three for 27 from his four overs each. Left-arm wrist spinner Kuldeep Yadav chipped in with two wickets while skipper Patel also grabbed one scalp.
