Inside Bhagyashree’s Mumbai home: From a private temple to naturally formed Ganesha on a tree, a house filled with spirituality and love

Bhagyashree is one of those actresses in the industry who knows how to stay connected to her roots. Although she lives in Mumbai, her royal roots are reflected in several corners of her house. It is no secret that Bhagyashree was born into a royal family in Sangli, and despite hailing from such a background, she wanted to try her luck in acting.

Bhagyashree made her debut with Maine Pyar Kiya, alongside Salman Khan. The movie turned out to be a huge hit and gave Bhagyashree a name in the industry. The actress is known for her lavish lifestyle, and her home is living proof of it. Scroll down to read about her beautiful and extravagant house in Mumbai.

Inside Bhagyashree’s lavish Mumbai home

From its dramatic black entrance door and textured statement walls to velvet furnishings, elegant chandeliers, a private temple and expansive outdoor spaces, the residence beautifully balances grandeur with warmth.

However, one of its most distinctive features is a naturally formed Ganesha on a tree — a rare sight that played a significant role in the couple’s decision to purchase the property.

The grand entrance

The entrance to the property has a spacious pathway that leads to the parking area, which is surrounded by lush greenery. What caught netizens’ attention is the striking black entrance door with its intricate detailing.

The dining area

Coming to the dining area, it is designed with a combination of off-white, brown, black and grey. What stands out in the space is an off-white dining table paired with patterned chairs and silver tableware.

Another corner of the home features a plush green velvet sofa set against a textured brown wooden wall, while indoor plants add a touch of greenery to the dramatic setting.

The naturally formed Ganesha

What really prompted Bhagyashree and her family to buy the house was the naturally formed Ganesha. In Farah Khan’s vlog, Bhagyashree revealed that she and her husband, Himalaya Dassani, decided to buy the property because of a naturally formed Ganesha-like shape on a tree.

“We bought this house only because we saw a Ganesha here,” Bhagyashree said.

The beautiful private temple

Another highlight of the house is the black staircase leading to a private temple. For relaxing and unwinding, Bhagyashree’s Mumbai home also has a beautiful terrace and outdoor areas with elegant seating, floral decorations and chandeliers, creating a party-ready setting.

Needless to say, despite its grand interiors, Bhagyashree’s home is filled with several deeply personal touches. A dedicated memory wall showcases photographs of the actress and her family, transforming a section of the house into a visual timeline of their lives.
