Innovation will improve the working method, MP CM Mohan Yadav got the pending cases decided in Samadhan Online.

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has emphasized on innovation and quick solutions to improve the working method. Special instructions have been given on disposal of pending cases, complaint-zero area and inspection of hostel-academic premises.

Bhopal. Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that efforts should be made to complete the work of citizens on time and in a quality manner through new experiments and innovations by improving the working methodology. Those districts or areas which have minimum number of complaints will be encouraged under CM Helpline. The areas where complaints are at zero status will also be rewarded. He said that officers and employees should establish good governance through their actions. In the Samadhan online review cases, punitive action was taken against 19 officers and employees along with suspension of 3 employees who were negligent towards work. Following is the brief description of the decisions taken by CM Yadav in Samadhan Online.

1. Emphasis on innovation and better working methods

Chief Minister Mohan Yadav has said that new experiments and innovations should be done to improve the working methods in administration. He has inspired the officers and employees with the aim of completing the public works on time and with quality.

2. Complaint-zero areas will be rewarded

They want to ensure that districts or areas where complaints are minimal through Samadhan Online get special incentives. In those districts where there are zero complaints, they will also be rewarded.

3. Negligence found in review, action taken

Samadhan Online’s review revealed that negligence was done in some cases. Three employees were suspended and punitive action was taken against 19 officers-employees. Apart from this, salary increment of 5 government servants was stopped, show cause notice was issued to 6, disciplinary action was taken in 7 cases, departmental inquiry was ordered in 1 case.

4. Announcement of best districts and departments

The Chief Minister praised those districts and departments where good work has been done.

In districts: Raisen and Datia

At the department level: Notable officers and employees of the Energy Department were also congratulated for 100 percent resolution of complaints.

5. Action on pending cases-example

The following issues were specifically discussed in the Samadhan online review meeting.

Scholarships, food grants, land acquisition, public distribution system and presence of teachers.

For example: Complaint about not getting food grant amount in Anuppur district; Gram Panchayat Secretary suspended, salary increment of Assistant Commissioner’s office employee stopped.

The laptop amount was paid in Rewa district.

Action for scholarship payment and error of bank staff in Dindori district.

Responsibility was fixed for the delay in funds of Talent Incentive Scheme in Mandsaur district.

In other cases, instructions were given to take action against the culprits on land acquisition, ration distribution, hostel material etc.

6. Key Instructions

The Chief Minister has issued the following major instructions:

There should be no delay in the actions of citizens; complete a quick action.

Necessary facilities should be ensured in the educational campus and hostels; Collectors should inspect regularly.

Fix the responsibility of the guilty personnel for delay in the cases and take action.

All departments of the Bank including its officers and employees are accountable to the public; Action should be taken against negligence.

There should not be any pending complaints in the offices.

Implement all public welfare projects properly.

In shifting ration shops, take advice and consent of Sarpanch in rural areas and Councilor in urban areas.
