The Infinix Note 60 Ultra has been introduced as the top model in the Note 60 series, combining satellite calling, high-end cameras and fast charging in one device.
It is positioned above the Note 60 and Note 60 Pro, and is priced at MYR 3,000 (roughly ₹70,000) in Malaysia.
Along with its headline features, the Note 60 Ultra launches with Android 16 based XOS 16 and a confirmed update roadmap. Infinix promises 3 major Android version upgrades and 5 years of security patches. The phone includes 12GB of RAM, 256GB of storage and a built-in eSIM as standard.

Infinix Note 60 Ultra Design by Pininfarina
The design is another major talking point. The Note 60 Ultra uses a high-strength aluminium alloy frame and a Uni-Chassis Camera Module on the rear. One continuous sheet of Gorilla Glass Victus covers the triple cameras, a dot-matrix display and an additional surprise detail integrated into the module.
Infinix collaborated with Italian design house Pininfarina for this model, marking the first time the firm has worked on a smartphone. Drawing from its 95 years of automotive projects, Pininfarina created a rear feature called a “Floating Taillight” that lights up when the device starts or when notifications arrive.
The colour options for the Infinix Note 60 Ultra echo performance car themes. Buyers can choose from Torino Black, Monza Red, Amalfi Blue and Roma Silver. The retail pack includes a zinc-alloy MagCharge Base, a Kevlar-pattern MagPad, a custom Kevlar MagCase and a Track-Edition SIM ejector tool.

Infinix Note 60 Ultra Specifications
The Note 60 Ultra is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8400 chipset built on a 4nm process. It uses an all big-core CPU layout with eight Cortex-A725 cores and a Mali-G720 MC7 GPU. Heat is controlled by a 3D IceCore vapour chamber, targeting stable performance during gaming and heavy multitasking.
On the front, the Infinix Note 60 Ultra carries a 6.78-inch OLED panel with 1.5K resolution. The display supports a 144Hz refresh rate for smoother scrolling and boosts brightness up to 4,500 nits. Gorilla Glass 7i protects the screen, while the overall body carries an IP64 rating against dust and splashes.
Sound output is handled by stereo speakers tuned for 360-degree audio. Infinix lists the system as “Sound By JBL”, aimed at a wider soundstage for video, games and music. These hardware choices position the Note 60 Ultra as a media-focused smartphone for streaming and entertainment.
A key highlight is communication over satellite networks. The Infinix Note 60 Ultra is the first handset from the company, and the first smartphone globally, to support two-way satellite calling across multiple countries, instead of offering only satellite text messages, aiming at users who travel through remote regions.
A 7,000mAh silicon-carbon battery sits inside the Note 60 Ultra, which is larger than typical flagship capacities. Infinix claims a battery self-healing technology that can restore about 1% of capacity every 200 charging cycles. The feature is intended to slow down long-term battery wear for frequent users.
Fast charging specifications are also aggressive. Wired charging supports up to 100W, taking the battery from 0 to 50% in around 18 minutes and reaching a full charge in about 48 minutes. The phone also offers 50W wireless charging through the Infinix MagCharge system, with compatible accessories bundled inside the retail box.

Infinix Note 60 Ultra Cameras
The rear camera system on the Infinix Note 60 Ultra uses three lenses under a single glass panel. The main camera is a 200MP unit built on a 1/1.4-inch Samsung HPE sensor and supports 2x lossless zoom. A 112-degree ultra-wide camera is added for broader landscape or group shots.
Telephoto duties are handled by a 50MP periscope camera based on the JN5 sensor. It delivers 3.5x optical magnification and up to 7x in-sensor zoom for distant scenes. This is the first Infinix model to support Ultra HDR Capture and XDR Display, driven by an in-house XDR Image Engine for brighter highlights.
With its focus on satellite calling, camera hardware, fast charging and Pininfarina styling, the Infinix Note 60 Ultra targets users who want a feature-packed smartphone with a distinct design. It will go on sale in Malaysia at MYR 3,000, while detailed pricing for other markets, including India, is awaited.
