Travel between Mumbai and Bali is about to get a whole lot easier. IndiGo, India’s largest airline, is expanding its international network with a new daily service between Mumbai and Denpasar, Bali, starting October 18, 2025.
According to the airline, the route will be operated using the Airbus A320 and marks the airline’s second direct connection to Bali, following its Bengaluru–Denpasar flights that already run daily.

Connecting Mumbai to Bali
With this addition, IndiGo now links two of India’s busiest metros to one of Southeast Asia’s most in-demand leisure destinations. Bookings are open through the airline’s website, mobile app, and authorised travel agents.
Vinay Malhotra, Head of Sales at IndiGo, highlighted the significance of the move:

At IndiGo, our endeavour is to make travel more accessible, seamless, and affordable, while continuing to strengthen our footprint.”
Why Bali Remains a Top Pick
For Indian travellers, Bali has long been a favourite for honeymoons, weddings, wellness retreats, and spiritual getaways. The island’s temples, beaches, and relaxed visa policies continue to draw growing numbers from India.
IndiGo’s latest route strengthens its presence in this high-demand segment, while also improving options for travellers seeking convenient nonstop connections.
