Indigo has announced to give a travel voucher of Rs 10000 for the passengers after the travel related crisis. Indigo issued a statement saying that our first priority is to take care of our customers. Accordingly, following the disruption in operations, we have ensured that all necessary refunds for canceled flights have been initiated. Refund has been credited to the accounts of most of the customers, refund will also be credited to the accounts of passengers who have not received the refund soon.
IndiGo said that we regretfully believe that some of our customers traveling on 3/4/5 December 2025 were stranded at some airports for several hours and many of them were adversely affected due to crowding. We will give travel vouchers worth Rs 10,000 to such badly affected customers.
