On Dalit beating in Gopalganj, BJP MP Rudy called RJD anti-Dalit. He claimed that the youth and the poor are with NDA and NDA will win all the 10 seats of Saran. Rudy said that India’s Gen Z is not with Rahul Gandhi but with Modi.
The incident of alleged assault on a Dalit family in Gopalganj after the first phase of Bihar Assembly elections has heated up the political atmosphere. On this matter, BJP MP Rajiv Pratap Rudy launched a scathing attack on Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) and termed it ‘anti-Dalit’.
RJD described as anti-Dalit and anti-poor
MP Rudy made serious allegations regarding the incident of beating of a Dalit family in Gopalganj for not voting for RJD. He said, “Rashtriya Janata Dal is anti-Dalit and anti-poor. This face of Lalu ji is being discussed in the whole of Bihar. We have been saying from the beginning that this hooliganism is of Lalu ji’s goons.” Rudy demanded the Election Commission to take cognizance of the incident and take strict action, so that such incidents are not repeated.
Big claim on youth and change
On the continuous claim made by RJD and Grand Alliance that the youth is with Tejashwi and change is taking place in Bihar. Rudy retorted and said that the change is that youth and women, all the poor are with NDA today. He claimed that NDA is getting great success in Saran region. He said, “NDA is winning 10 out of 10 seats in Saran and this is the situation in entire Bihar. Bihar’s elections are focused on a good person and a trustworthy government. The political limits of the rest have been limited.”
Counterattack on Rahul Gandhi’s allegation of ‘vote theft’
Rudy also reacted to Congress leader Rahul Gandhi’s statement in which he had accused him of vote theft. Rajiv Pratap Rudy said that Rahul Gandhi does not have correct information about Genji of Bihar. He said that Rahul Gandhi has the misconception that the youth of India (Gen Z) is with him.
Rudy said, “India’s generation is with Modi. It is with NDA. I think Rahul Gandhi has misunderstood.” He stressed that today the people of Bihar have full trust and confidence in Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, hence maximum seats will go to NDA’s account.
