In a small test conducted by an expert team of researchers in India, 30 people aged 19 to 65, struggling with the problem of obstetrics, were asked to play conch shell for at least 15 minutes, five days a week. Those who attempted to play conch shell for six months, had 34 percent less sleep during the day and their sleep quality was seen getting better than those who exercises deeply. This research has been published on August 11 in the European Respiratory Journal Open Research.

Sharma of Dr. Krishna of the Eternal Heart Care Center and Research Institute in Jaipur, India said that these results are a hopes for treatment for obstetric sleep apnea.
