Naina has now settled in France. She shares her life there with people on social media. This action of Naina seemed like finding ‘the taste of India abroad’. Now become the Environment Minister!” This post of Naina has received thousands of likes and shares. Bathua, known as Lamb’s Quarters or Wild Spinach in English, is rich in nutrition. It is rich in fiber, vitamin A, C, calcium, iron and protein. In Ayurveda it is considered beneficial for many diseases.
