India’s defeat in the second T20
India vs South Africa Match Result: World number 1 T20 team India was easily defeated by South Africa in the second T20 match. In the match played in New Chandigarh, South Africa scored 213 runs and in reply, Team India got bundled out for 162 runs. Team India had to face a crushing defeat by 51 runs. With this defeat, the T20 series is now level at 1-1. The next match of the five-match series will be played in Dharamshala on Sunday.
All the star players of India failed
Be it batting or bowling, Team India failed miserably on both the fronts. In bowling, Jasprit Bumrah and Arshdeep Singh together gave away 99 runs in 8 overs. Except Varun Chakraborty, all the bowlers proved to be very expensive. The shameful thing is that Team India’s bowlers gave 22 runs extra, which included 16 wides.
After the bowlers, the batsmen left no stone unturned in failing. Shubman Gill was out on the first ball. Abhishek Sharma was dismissed for 17 runs after the vice-captain was out for a golden duck. Captain Suryakumar Yadav could score only 5 runs. Hardik Pandya, the hero of the last match, could score only 20 runs in 23 balls. Tilak Verma scored 62 runs, apart from him no other batsman played. Akshar Patel scored 21 runs on 21 balls.

Quinton de Kock and Bartman were the heroes of South Africa’s victory. De Kock played an inning of 90 runs in just 46 balls. Fast bowler Bartman took 4 wickets. Sipamala, Ngidi, Yansen took 2-2 wickets.
