After beating the USA in the opener, India thrashed minnows Namibia to register their second consecutive win. If this wasn’t enough, the Men in Blue thrashed arch-rivals Pakistan in their third group game on Sunday to storm into the Super Eight stage.

Before the commencement of the Supers 8s, India play their last group match against Netherlands at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on Wednesday evening. India have not tasted a defeat in their campaign till now and would be aiming to enter the next stage with a flawless record of four wins. Apart from few hiccups in the opening match against the USA, India looked perfect against Namibia and the Men in Green.

For the Netherlands, it will a good learning experience to lock horns against the defending champions. Out of their three group games, the side has faced defeats in two of them while notched up just a lone victory against Namibia. They will be eyeing to give their best shot when they face-off against the holders on Wednesday.
