India vs England LIVE Score, U19 World Cup 2026 Final: India Smell World Cup Victory, England 7 Down As ‘Bazball’ Approach Flops

India vs England, U19 World Cup 2026 Final Live Updates: England U19’s aggressive ‘Bazball’-esque approach faltered after initially providing a scare against India U19 in the U19 Cricket World Cup 2026 final in Harare.

India can smell victory, with England down to 215/7 after 26 overs. England lost four wickets in the space of six runs and 15 balls, after a fifty by Ben Dawkins. Their hopes now rest on Caleb Falconer, who is nearing his own half-century. Earlier, 14-year-old Vaibhav Suryavanshi smashed a breathtaking 80-ball 175 to guide India to a mammoth total of 411/9. India’s score is the highest-ever total in an U19 World Cup knockout game, surpassing their own record from 2016. Suryavanshi also broke the record for the fastest century in an U19 World Cup final, and also became the first batter to score 150 or more in the summit clash. India captain Ayush Mhatre (53 off 51), wicket-keeper batter Abhigyan Kundu (40 off 31) and all-rounder Kanishk Chouhan (37 off 20) also made key contributions.
