India Un Response Pakistan: India gave a befitting reply to Pakistan Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif’s comments on Kashmir and Indus Water Treaty. Petal Gehlot said that Pakistan has been promoting terrorism and the truth cannot be hidden from lies and shows.
UN General Assembly 2025: In the United Nations, India has given a very clear and a befitting reply to Pakistani Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif. Sharif made a statement about Kashmir and Indus Water Treaty. India described it as glorifying terrorism and drama. On behalf of India, Diplomat Petal Gehlot in UN said, ‘The drama that the Prime Minister of Pakistan did this morning was like praising terrorism. But the truth cannot be hidden from lies and appearances. ‘
Pakistan is promoting terrorism- India
Petal Gehlot reminded that after the terrorist attack on tourists in Jammu and Kashmir in April this year, Pakistan had given protection to a Pakistan-sponsored terrorist organization like Resistance Front. ‘This is Pakistan that saved the group in the UN Security Council that carried out a terrorist attack in Jammu and Kashmir.’
Pakistan’s old record of promoting terrorism
Petal Gehlot also highlighted the old record of Pakistan’s terrorism. He said, “It is not new to shelter Osama bin Laden for 10 years, to run terrorist camps, show off against foreign terrorism, Pakistan has always done this and this move continues again at the Prime Minister level.”
Pakistan’s rhetoric on Kashmir
Shahbaz Sharif once again raised the issue of Kashmir in the UN. He said, “I stand with Kashmiri people, Pakistan is with him and one day the atrocities of India will stop in Kashmir.” He also supported the referendum through the UN, but India described it as an attempt to hide the cross -border terrorism.
Accused of Indus Water Treaty
Sharif accused India that he stopped his participation under Indus Waters Treaty. The move was taken after the Pahgam attack, killing 26 civilians. India made it clear that this treaty would be restored only when Pakistan takes concrete steps to stop the cross -border terrorism.
India’s attitude is very clear
Petal Gehlot said, Pakistan has always spread terrorism. India’s sovereignty and right over Kashmir are firm. The Indus Water Agreement will be restored only when Pakistan has changed its act.
