Bumrah and Varun were rested for the game against Oman, with Arshdeep Singh and Harshit Rana making an appearance. However, Indian bowling lacked venom without Bumrah and Varun, as Oman almost pulled off a massive upset.
Can Pakistan Upset India?
Pakistan has entered the game as a huge underdog, but the T20 is a format where a win is never a guarantee. Pakistan have a few players who can stun India if they play their best cricket, and India have an off day. Fakhar Zaman, Haris Rauf and Shaheen Afridi need to have a great day if Pakistan have to get anywhere close to challenging this Indian team. However, if India play their best cricket, it would be tough for Pakistan to beat India, even at their full potential.
