Under the nationwide “Swasth Nari Sashakt Parivar Abhiyaan” India has achieved three Guinness World Records titles. This is not just an achievement, but a historic step towards the health and empowerment of crores of Indian women.

Union Health Minister JP Nadda wrote on Twitter, “This is a record-breaking achievement that realizes Prime Minister @narendramodi ji’s vision of ‘Service’ and ‘India First’.” He told that this campaign ran from 17 September to 2 October 2025, which was organized along with Nutrition Month. During this period, more than 19.7 lakh health camps were organized across the country, in which more than 11 crore people participated.

- early detection of diseases,
- and ensuring easy access to essential health services.
