Ingridients- 1 to 1/2 cup urad dal to make Imarti. 2 cups of sugar, 2 tablespoons milk, 1/4 teaspoon green, cardamom powder, 3 tablespoons cornflour, orange food color, ghee, 8-10 pistachios, boiled, sprinkled and chopped.
How to make- Take urad dal in a bowl and soak for 6-7 hours. Heat a deep non-stick pan, add sugar and 4 cups of water and mix well. Keep stirring until the sugar dissolves. Add milk and mix well. When the foam comes to the surface. Cook the syrup until the wire becomes. After this, grind the lentils. Remove it and add cornflour and food color. Now give shape of Imrati in hot ghee. How to make – Heat thick milk in a non-stick pan, add coconut cream to it. Add cardamom powder and green cardamom powder to it and mix well. Cook on low heat, stirring continuously. Finely chop the coconut pulp and mix well. Add almond, pistachio and dry coconut and mix well. Cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes. Put kheer in a serving bowl. Add rose syrup and decorate it with rose petals.
Green moong dal pudding
Ingridients- 1 cup whole green gram, 1/4 cup ghee 1-2 tablespoons full fat milk powder, 3/4 cups for sugar garnishing 2 tablespoons chopped pistachios, almonds, walnuts, 1/2 teaspoon green cardamom powder, rose petals.
Way to make-Fry whole moong dal in a non-stick pan till it turns golden brown. Remove the pan from the heat and let it cool. Grind coarsely in a blender jar and grind it. Boil three and a half cups of water in a deep non-stick pan. First heat ghee in the pan, add moong dal powder and fry for 3-4 minutes. Add milk powder and mix well. Add boiling water and mix until the mixture becomes smooth and long. After this, add sugar, pistachios, almonds, walnuts and green cardamom powder and mix well. Cook the halwa while stirring continuously for 10 minutes. Remove it in the bowl and serve it by giring.
