IND vs NZ 4th T20I Probable Playing XI: What Changes Can Team India Make For Auckland Clash?

The Shreyas Iyer-led Indian cricket team will try to increase their lead over Mitchell Santner-led New Zealand to 4-0 in the penultimate game of the five-match series, which takes place at Eden Park in Auckland on Friday, October 30. They already have an unbeatable 3-0 lead after a batting masterclass in the third T20I in Wellington.

All three of the series’ games have been high-scoring affairs, making it a battle of the bats thus far. But given that the average first-innings score in T20Is at Eden Park in Auckland is 156, the bowlers might very well win the fourth game on Friday.

India Aim To Extend Lead Over Kiwis

In addition to giving up 200 runs in less than 15 overs to give the visitors the match and the series, which puts the hosts in a slightly more problematic bowling position, the Men in Blue have also struggled with their bowling attack, allowing the Kiwis to end up scoring a high total despite having a fantastic start in every game.

In the current five-match T20I series against New Zealand, India has a 3-0 lead and plenty of opportunity to give their benchwarmers some playing time. India has so far utilised 13 players from their 17-man T20I squad for the tour; four of them are uncapped: Kumar Kushagra, who filled in for Ishan Kishan due to injury.

The other three players, Kuldeep Yadav, Varun Chakaravarthy, and Shivam Dube, watched from the sidelines as  secured an unbeatable lead after three victorious chases in Wellington and Christchurch.
