Singhast Ujjain 2025: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav inaugurated and performed various development works worth more than Rs 109 crore in Ujjain on the auspicious occasion of Rakshabandhan. Ujjain is being prepared for Simhastha Mahaparva by promoting religious tourism in these works. The Chief Minister worshiped the girl and tied Rakhi to the sisters, as well as gifts to women.
CM Mohan Yadav gave a gift of 9 crore 99 lakhs
On this occasion, CM Yadav also inaugurated the office of the Economic Offenses Cell and Employees Housing Unit being constructed at a cost of Rs 9 crore 99 lakh, including modern housing for police officers and personnel. The building is built in an area of about 3126 square meters and has facilities like administrative building, Superintendent of Police and Constable’s residence, parking, driver room and guard room.
Treasury opened for Simhastha Mahaparva 2028
The Chief Minister also mentioned the development of the army and farmers under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and emphasized the plan to make Ujjain a city of spirituality, science and religion. Preparations for Simhastha Mahaparva 2028 are going on at a full pace, which will prove to be the beginning of a new chapter in the development and religious tourism of Ujjain.
