Rudraksha’s export will increase with new trade agreement
India and European Free Trade Association (EFTA) The new trade and Economic Partnership Agreement (TEPA) will be implemented from 1 October. Its advantage will be seen directly in the export of Rudraksha. In the last financial year, India has sent Rudraksha of about Rs 0.97 crore to Switzerland and other European countries. Experts believe that this figure will increase manifold after this agreement. The special thing is that around 27,000 Indians live in Switzerland, who are furthering the demand for Rudraksha.

Traders of cities like Haridwar, Delhi and Jaipur have been trading Rudraksha for generations. Companies like Himalayan Rudraksha Research Center are sending real and good quality Rudraksha grains and jewelery made to countries like Switzerland. Swiss customers give great importance to authenticity and are also ready to pay a higher price for it.
