Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that in the two -day conference, it will be brainstorming how to make the governance system more easy, simple, better, transparent and decentralized, so that the benefits of the schemes can reach the public more quickly. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that officers posted in the districts should establish their identity with their work and innovation. Keep your point with full efficiency and facts on any burning subject. Maintain continuous intimate dialogues with the local people, media and public representatives. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that if God has given us the responsibility of working for society, then we should discharge this responsibility like a humble student. - Chief Minister Dr. Yadav has said that all of us have an important and special role in democracy and public welfare. He said that through good governance we can get great results and we should all move in this direction.
- Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, our country is moving fast towards the goal of India. Prime Minister Shri Modi has given the mantra of public service in the form of Perform, Reform and Transform. All of you assimilate this mantra, create “developed and self -sufficient Madhya Pradesh” to build “developed and self -sufficient India”.

- Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that our state has done excellent work in the field of agriculture. We are ranked first in the country in lentils, spices and tomato production. Wheat, maize and chilli are second. We have fourth place in milk production. Now we are moving towards making the state milk capital with various efforts. Our contribution to the country in milk production is to increase from 9 percent to 20 percent. The Chief Minister said that agriculture is the backbone of our economy. We are working with the goal of increasing the income of farmers, the path of this goal is irrigation. All make efforts and innovations to increase irrigated acreage with better attention to better implementation of irrigation projects running in their respective areas.
- Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that while fulfilling the target of National Education Policy 2020, providing high quality employment oriented education to every child of the state is an important task. Our goal is not only 100 percent literacy but it is also very important to increase the enrollment rate in schools. All the officers posted in the districts should visit continuously, also rest night in a village. The districts where religious folk, Ram-One-region path, Krishna Patiya are to be constructed should be completed before Simhastha.
