Banda Murder Case: A shocking revelation has come to light about the murder of a husband in Banda, where the wife and her real brother conspired together to murder due to illicit relationship. Police have arrested both of them and legal action is underway in the case.
This news from Banda, Uttar Pradesh seems like a story from a movie, but the reality is even more scary. A husband, who had gone to sleep at the tube well with his wife at night, had turned into a corpse in the morning. Initially it seemed like a normal death, but as the layers were revealed, the matter reached the darkest truth of relationships.
Slept together at night, husband’s suspicious death in the morning increased suspicion
On the night of 3/4 April 2026, a couple had gone to sleep on the tube well as usual in village Jamu of Kamasin police station area. Everything was normal, but in the morning the husband was found dead. The circumstances were such that at first sight the matter was not clear, but there were some indications which alerted the police. Police reached the spot, took possession of the body and sent it for post-mortem and the forensic team started collecting evidence.

Mother’s complaint changed the direction of investigation
The matter became serious when the deceased’s mother Saraswati Devi lodged a police complaint. He described his son’s death as suspicious. After this the police started investigation from every angle. During the investigation, the police found such clues which completely changed the story. Doubt was now roaming inside the house.
The secret was hidden behind the relationships: Illegal relationship between wife and real brother
The truth that came out during the inquiry shook the entire area. There was an illicit relationship between the deceased’s wife Nisha and her real brother Monu. This relationship was going on for a long time, but when the husband came to know about it, fights started increasing in the house. These fights turned into a dreadful conspiracy.
Murder after planning: Ended life by strangulation
According to the police, both of them together decided to remove the husband from the way. As soon as they got the opportunity, when the husband was sleeping, they strangled him to death. After the murder, an attempt was made to show it as a normal death, but the vigilance of the police spoiled the whole game.
Complete operation of information and arrest of informer
On the basis of concrete information received by the police from the informer, a cordon was laid near Bhiti Tirahe. Nisha and Monu were arrested from here. During strict interrogation, both of them confessed to their crime. After this the entire case was revealed.

In this case, a case has been registered under Section 103 (1) BNS under IPC No. 90/26 at Kamasin police station. The police have arrested both the accused and presented them in the court.

This entire operation was carried out under the direction of Superintendent of Police Palash Bansal. Under the supervision of Area Officer Saurabh Singh, Inspector-in-charge Bhaskar Mishra and his team worked quickly and solved the case.
