Now you can stay and work in Dubai for a year with Digital Nomad Visa. It is also available to Indians. Dubai Digital Nomad Visa is also known as Dubai Virtual Working Program. This is a visa that allows remote employees to work and live in Dubai for a year while working in a company outside the United Arab Emirates. To apply for this visa, no sponsor must be applied.
What is qualification for Dubai Digital Visa?
- You should be an employee of a company registered outside the United Arab Emirates, or is self-employed with a business registered abroad.
- Evidence of employment has to be shown. It has been told that you will work in a company outside the United Arab Emirates for at least one year.
- The minimum monthly income should be around Rs 3,06,350.
What documents are required for Dubai Digital Visa?
- A valid passport with a validity of at least six months.
- Health insurance covering your stay in Dubai.
- Evidence of employment.
- A clean criminal record of your own country.
- Passport size photo.
- Your monthly income or the latest pay slip showing your 3-month bank statement.
- Evidence of accommodation.
How to apply for Dubai Virtual Visa?
- Get all your necessary documents.
- GDRFA-Dubai Portal or Virtual Working Program can apply online from the website or personally apply to a Amer Center in Dubai.
- After this you have to fill the application form and upload all the necessary documents.
- Pay visa fee. It is about 8,876 rupees. You may also have to pay other expenses, so that the total application cost will be around ₹ 53,377.
- On getting approval, if you are applying from outside the United Arab Emirates then you will get an admission permit.
- On reaching Dubai, you have to complete medical fitness test, biometrics, Emirate ID application and resident visa stamping.
