Yoga instructor Malvika Pant explains in an Instagram post that in such a situation, you can massage an acupressure point, this provides instant relief. This acupressure point is present in the inner part of the wrist. To find it, place your palm upward, then about two fingers below the crease of the wrist and the soft part in the middle is called the P6 point.
