Reason for frequent urination
Kidneys are affected when blood sugar increases. When the sugar level in the body is too high, the kidney tries to remove it through urine. Glucose is released from the body through urine, due to which more water is also lost.

How to control urination?
Eat a balanced diet like less carbs, more fiber etc. Exercise regularly and take medicine or insulin on time. Avoid drinking too much fluids at night. If you urinate more than 7-10 times and have other symptoms, contact a doctor immediately.
