- The fast of Ekadashi is kept on the Krishna Paksha of every month and Ekadashi date of Shukla Paksha.
- Always pass the fast of Ekadashi after sunrise on Dwadashi date.
- On this day, get up before sunrise and take a bath and worship Lord Vishnu.
- Resolve the fast and chant the mantra ‘Om Namo Bhagwate Vasudevaya’.
- On the day of Ekadashi fast, you can eat fruit, such as satvic food, fruits, milk, curd, sago.
- Fasting Ekadashi should avoid lying in your mind from lying in your mind.
- Do not make rice in your house on Ekadashi.
- Follow celibacy on this day.
- Do not eat in a bronze vessel at the time of passing.
- Do not consume food made from lentils and oil.
- Donation and virtue have special significance on the day of Ekadashi fasting.
