While bursting crackers, take care of eye protection and burn crackers from a distance. Apart from this, to avoid the side effects of the smoke emanating from it, wear sunglasses or protective goggles while going out so that the smoke and dust do not go directly into the eyes. The doctor at Noble Eye Care said that if you feel irritation in your eyes, wash them immediately with cold water and do not rub them repeatedly with your hands. If you are having trouble, do not apply makeup or cream near the eyes, as these can react chemically with the smoke. Take special care of children, do not let them go too close to firecrackers and maintain fresh air inside the house. If irritation or swelling persists for more than two days, get a checkup done by an eye expert immediately.
As far as possible, do not burn firecrackers or use only “eco-friendly” firecrackers. It produces less smoke and less noise. Wear a mask and eye glasses or sunglasses while going out to avoid smoke. When there is a lot of smoke around, keep the windows and doors of the house closed. Along with this, if you are already allergic to smoke or have breathing problems, then always keep your medicine with you, consult a doctor in case of any problem.
