ICSI CS June Result 2025 Released: The wait for thousands of students dreaming of becoming a company secretary (CS) is now over. The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) today, on 25 August, declared the result of CS June 2025. The results were released in two phases, the result of the first CS professional course was released at 11 am and after that the result of CS Executive will be declared at 2 pm. Candidates can check their score and subject-wise marks directly on ICSI’s official website icsi.edu. The link is also given below to check the result.

CS Professional Result: Marx statement will be available in hard copy
The rules for professional courses are slightly different. After releasing the ICSI result, the hard copy marks will send a hard copy marks statement on the registered address of the candidates. If a candidate does not reach the result-cum-marks statement in 30 days, they can immediately mail ICSI with their details on [email protected].
How to get CS Executive Result?
This time ICSI has made it clear that the result and marks statement of the Executive Program (2022 syllabus) will be available only online. That is, a hard copy or printed results will not be sent to the candidate. Students themselves have to download e-regult-cum-marks statement from the official website.
How to check CS Professional and Executive Results?
To see the result, the candidates follow the easy steps given below-
- First go to the official website of ICSI iCSI.EDU.
- Now CS Professional or CS Executive (after two o’clock) June result will appear, click on it.
- Submit by adding login details like roll number etc.
- Now your result will be seen on the screen, which you can download.

When will the next exam of CS Executive and Professional be held?
ICSI has also informed that the next CS Executive and Professional Examination will be held in December 2025. Eligibility Criteria and cut-off dates have already been released for this.
