ICSI CS December 2025 Exam: If you are dreaming of becoming a Company Secretary (CS) and want to appear in the December 2025 examination, then there is good news for you. The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has announced the re-opening of applications for CS exam. Those candidates who were not able to apply earlier, now have the opportunity to register online. Know the method of applying and when till when can you apply?
ICSI CS December 2025 Application Date
- Application window will open: 23 October 2025, 10 am
- Application window will close: 25 October 2025
- Candidates can fill their forms in this 48 hours period. If you do not apply on time, registration can also be done with late fees.
How to apply for CS December 2025?
- First of all go to the official website www.icsi.edu.
- Click on ‘Latest@ICSI-Students’ section on the homepage.
- After this go to CSEET December 2025 Registration Link.
- Register yourself and fill the application form.
- Pay the application fee and submit the form.
- Take a print out of the form for future reference.

ICSI has also given the opportunity to make changes in the form. Candidates can make certain changes in the form from 26 October to 21 November 2025. In which-
- Change of examination center
- changing medium
- Changing module or elective subject
- Candidates should keep in mind that applications for any changes will not be accepted after November 21.
Pre-Examination Test and Training
Candidates have to fulfill certain pre-requisites to appear in the December examination. In which-
- Pre-Examination Test (Pre-ET): 24 October 2025 till 5:30 PM
- Training and Development Orientation Program (TDOP): By 20 October 2025
ICSI CS December 2025 Exam Schedule
- The main examination, both executive and professional, will be held from 22 to 29 December 2025.
- The duration of the examination will be 3 hours 15 minutes, in which the first 15 minutes of reading time (2:00 to 2:15 pm) will be given so that the students can read the question paper carefully.
- Exam Time: 2:00 PM to 5:15 PM
