New Delhi: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India will announce the ICAI CA Final, Intermediate and Foundation exam 2025 result today, July 4. The result will be made available separately for each level. Candidates will be able to access and check the ICAI CA Final, Intermediate and Foundation result 2025 through the official ICAI website, icai.nic.in. The CA Final and Intermediate exam result will be declared by around 2 PM, and the Foundation result by 5 PM.
Candidates will need the registration number or roll number, date of birth and captcha code to check the ICAI CA scorecard 2025.
How to check the ICAI CA May 2025 result?
First, visit the official website of the ICAI CA exam result. Next, click on the ‘CA result 2025’ link available on the homepage. The login window will appear where candidates need to enter the necessary credentials and submit. Once done, the result page will be displayed on the screen.

ICAI CA Passing Marks
Those who will score a minimum of 40 per cent marks in each subject and 50 per cent in the overall aggregate will be declared qualified for the CA Foundation exam. Candidates who achieve over 70 per cent in the aggregate in the Foundation May 2025 result will get a qualifying status of ‘pass with distinction’.
ICAI Exam Merit List 2025
Along with the result, the institute also releases the merit list online. The merit list includes the names of the top 50 rank holders.
The ICAI May session exam was held between May 2 to May 14. However, exams that were to be held between May 9 to May 14 were postponed amid India-Pakistan tensions.
