Golden Evinue resident advocate Gurnam Singh has been named by the police of the police station on the intervention of District Child Safety Officer Rajesh Kumar about raping a minor girl, threatening to kill the family.
The lawyer has gone underground after the case was registered. For whose arrest, raids are going on by Sub Inspector Kiranpal Kaur.
The family recorded the statement in respect of the rape of a student of class VIII belonging to the poor family living near Goindwal bypass. The District Child Safety Officer, while registering the above statement, asked the police of the police station city to take action. The police have named lawyer Gurnam Singh taking action on the spot.
According to the registered FIR, he said that the person working to sell toys near Sri Darbar Sahib Sarai said that Gurnam Singh, a lawyer who worked to apply Aadhaar card, photo state, PAN card, took his family closer to him in a few days. The complainant’s daughter is a student of class VIII. Lawyer Gurnam Singh often started feeding the said family by asking for delicious food.
Then the minor girl became a sympathizer in the name of creating a bright future. Accused Gurnam Singh used to leave the said innocent to leave school on a bike in the morning. Then brought back in the afternoon. While advocating in the local court, Gurnam Singh told the father of the innocent that he would make his life by reading. In his shop, the innocent was given a job at the rate of five thousand per month.
The 16 -year -old innocent took him with him on the accused that he had to go to Delhi to get its paper. The accused Gurnam Singh took him to his kothi in Golden Avinue, where he continued to rape for five days. Earlier, the accused took the innocent in front of Shri Darbar Sahib and said that you are 16 years old, so I cannot get married legally, but I consider you my wife.
When the innocent came home and gave all the information to the relatives, Gurnam Singh, along with two unknown people, entered the house and assaulted the father of the innocent. The family was so scared that he came to their own house and started raping the accused innocent. The family also made a video on mobile. Which was handed over to the District Child Safety Officer. SSP Deepak Parik said that a case has been registered against Gurnam Singh.
