Raj Kundra’s increased trouble

Kothari alleges that Shilpa Shetty, Raj Kundra and an unknown person cheated through her company Best Deal TV Private Limited. At the same time, Shilpa Shetty’s lawyer, Advocate Prashant Patil denied these allegations. Prashant Patil has made it clear that all the allegations against his clients are completely wrong and unfounded. The case is only a civil dispute, which has been resolved by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) of Mumbai on 4 October 2024. This is an old case in which the company was stuck in economic crisis and thereafter there was a long legal dispute. There is no crime involved in this. ”
