India Pakistan War: US President Donald Trump has said in the United Nations General Assembly that he stopped the fight between India and Pakistan. Trump claimed to stop 7 war in 7 months. He wants to receive the Nobel Peace Prize.
UN General Assembly Session: US President Donald Trump gave a speech at the United Nations General Assembly session on Tuesday. During this, he reiterated his claim to stop the fight between India and Pakistan. Said, “I stopped 7 endless battles including India Pakistan war.”
Addressing the 80th United Nations General Assembly session, Donald Trump said that he had shown what he considered impossible in just seven months. Trump claimed that he had ended seven “endless” wars. In May 2025, the US President reiterated his claim to play his role in the ceasefire between India and Pakistan. Despite India refuting Trump’s claim, the US President remained adamant on his claim. He also reiterated the same thing in the United Nations. Trump said,
In just 7 months, I stopped 7 endless battles. He said that they are endless. Some were running for 31 years. Up to 36 years. I ended seven wars and in all cases they continued fiercely and thousands of people died.
Trump said he stopped the fight between Cambodia and Thailand, Serbia, Congo and Rwanda, Pakistan and India, Israel and Iran, Egypt and Ethiopia, and Armenia and Armenia and Azerbaijan.

India agreed not to extend the fight on requesting Pakistan.
On May 10, Trump announced on social media that India and Pakistan agreed to the ceasefire after a US -mediated talks. Since then, Trump has repeatedly repeated his claim. He did so once again during a speech at the United Nations.

At the same time, India has been continuously saying that agreed to stop the fight with Pakistan was built through direct talks between the Director General of Military Operations of the two armies (DGMO). No foreign intervention was needed. Pakistan Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar has also reiterated India’s stance, saying that India never agreed to mediate a third party.
