Narendra modi speech: On the occasion of 79th Independence Day, Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the country from the ramparts of the Red Fort. During this, he also gave a clear message to the US President Donald Trump without naming that India was not going to bow down to his tariff threats.
Narendra Modi said, “Today we are providing benefits of many schemes to small farmers, cattle rearers and fishermen. The farmers of India, cattle rearers, fishermen, these are our biggest priority. Modi stands ahead of any harmful policy related to farmers, fishermen, animal rearers of India. India will never accept any compromise regarding its farmers, animals, fishermen.”

Indicating the US to impose tariffs on India, the PM said, “We do not have to spend our energy to make someone else’s line short. Long, I can say from the experience of 25 years of rule, if we have chosen this path, then no selfish selfishness can be trapped in our clutches.

Donald Trump has imposed 50% tariff on India
