Bollywood actress Swara Bhaskar has revealed that when she was shooting for the film ‘Veere Di Wedding’, during a scene she felt as if she was half naked. He had also complained to producer Rhea Kapoor regarding this. Actually, Swara was recently talking in an interview and was telling how ‘Veere Di Wedding’ had become her most challenging film. He told that it was easy for him to prepare body language and dialogues for the role. But playing a glamorous character was the most difficult for her.
Swara Bhaskar felt challenged during ‘Veere Di Wedding’
While talking to Mirchi Plus, Swara Bhaskar told that ‘for the character of Veere Di Wedding, she was under pressure to pay attention to the look and costume and maintain a special kind of physique. Due to this, shooting the film became stressful for him. Swara also said that she had never felt so challenged in her career. But because of stylist Rhea Kapoor, she was successful in managing everything.
Swara was uncomfortable during the shooting of the song ‘Taarifan’
Referring to the shooting of the film’s song ‘Taarifan’, Swara said, “Looking good every day was the hardest thing. Wearing lenses, doing make-up and getting new hair done. Sometimes I would wear clothes and ask them what is this? Are these clothes? I remember when I was shooting for ‘Taarifan’ I was wearing a bodysuit. This was the first time I heard about it. It is actually a one-piece swim costume with a deep neck, which has Heels or boots are worn with it.”
Swara further said, “We had to get out of the vanity van in the parking lot and walk to the studio. I asked Rhea, ‘Are these clothes? I am not wearing anything underneath.’ She said this outfit has a vibe with dishnet stockings. I said, ‘I am half naked. How will I go to such a studio? I asked for a towel and wrapped it around me. So it was difficult for me.”

Directed by Shashank Ghosh, the story of Veere Di Wedding is about four friends who are going through difficulties in their relationships. In the film, the characters of these four friends were played by Kareena Kapoor (Kalindi Puri), Sonam Kapoor (Advocate Avni Sharma), Swara Bhaskar (Sakshi Soni) and Shikha Talsania (Mira Kaur). This film, released in January 2018, was a hit at the box office. If reports are to be believed, the second part of this film is also in the pipeline, work on which will start soon.
