After this, now this accident has happened in Delhi. Bank manager Kamal Jain, who was returning home on a bike, died after falling into a pit dug by the Water Board. Delhi Jal Board had started digging on the roadside for the work. A pit was dug on the side of the road and it was carelessly left there. Kamal Jain, who was returning home on bike late at night, fell into this pit and died. Kamal Jain’s Apache bike was also found lying near his body.
Kamal Jain had called his twin brother
Kamal Jain had left the house saying that he would be late in coming. After finishing his work, Kamal Jain called his twin brother Karan Jain and told him that he would reach home in 10 minutes. But even after half an hour Kamal Jain did not reach home. When in doubt, the family members called Kamal Jain. Kamal Jain’s phone was ringing, but no one was picking up. So he called continuously, but the phone was not picked up. After some time, Kamal Jain’s phone got switched off.
Negligence of Delhi Police
When Kamal Jain did not return home, his worried parents and twin brother immediately contacted the police and sought help. The police were reluctant to find out the tower location. On the other hand, when Kamal Jain’s friends went to the police station to lodge a complaint, the police refused to lodge a complaint. The family members allege that the police kept avoiding it saying that he would come home. He sent the location information and immediately deleted it. Later it was told that the location of the phone was 200 meters away from the house. Despite this the police did not try to search. After extensive search by the family members, Kamal Jain’s body was found lying in a pit dug by the Jal Board. Kamal Jain was wearing helmet, jacket and gloves.
