Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan has rented out one of his prime sea-facing flats in Mumbai to girlfriend Saba Azad, but at a price much lower than the usual market rate.
Hrithik Roshan and Saba Azad have been together for three years, but they continue to live separately. Reports say Hrithik has now leased his three-bedroom apartment in Juhu’s Mannat Apartments to Saba for ₹75,000 per month.
The deal also includes a deposit of ₹1.25 lakh. What makes it interesting is the discount, similar flats in the area usually cost between ₹1 lakh and ₹2 lakh per month.
The apartment is located on the 18th floor of a posh tower on Juhu-Versova Link Road in Andheri West. It offers stunning views of the sea and spreads across nearly 12,000 square feet.
Hrithik purchased this flat back in October 2020, along with a duplex covering the 19th and 20th floors. The total amount he spent on these properties was reported to be about ₹97.5 crore.
Despite owning such an extravagant home, Hrithik himself doesn’t live here. Instead, he stays in another rented apartment in Juhu’s Palazzo building. The neighbourhood is a star hub, right across the road are the homes of Akshay Kumar and Twinkle Khanna.
The Roshan family, too, has a long connection with the area. Hrithik’s parents, filmmaker Rakesh Roshan and Pinky Roshan, along with his sister Sunaina, used to occupy three floors in the same Palazzo building. These days, however, they spend more time at their lavish villa in Lonavala.
For Hrithik, housing decisions have often moved in step with his personal life. After his divorce from Suzzanne Khan in 2014, he shifted to a rented apartment in the same building where his parents lived, while continuing to co-parent their two sons, Hrehaan and Hridaan.
