Hrithik Roshan and Rakesh Roshan sell properties worth Rs 6.75 crore

Father-son duo Hrithik Roshan and Rakesh Roshan have sold three apartments in Mumbai, according to property documents. The flats, spanning nearly 2,000 sq ft, are located across two different buildings.

Details of the property sale by Hrithik and his father Rakesh were listed in property registration documents reviewed by SquareYards.

Rakesh Roshan sold a 1,025 sq ft apartment in a building named Veejays Niwas CHS Limited in Andheri West. The property was sold to Sonali Ajmera for Rs. 3.75 crore. The transaction was registered on May 25 involving a stamp duty payment of Rs. 18.75 lakh and registration charges of Rs. 30,000.

In the second transaction, Rakesh Roshan sold a 625 sq ft apartment in a building named Raheja Classique in Andheri West for Rs. 2.20 crore to three individuals. As per documents, the transaction was registered on May 17, with a stamp duty of Rs 13.20 lakh and registration charges of ₹30,000.

Meanwhile, Hrithik Roshan sold a 240 sq ft apartment in the same building for Rs 80 lakh. According to the documents, the transaction registered on May 17 involved a stamp duty payment of Rs. 4.80 lakh and registration charges of Rs. 30,000.

Earlier this year, Hrithik Roshan and his real estate transactions in the Mumbai and Pune real estate markets made headlines. In January 2025, Hrithik Roshan rented out a 2,727 sq ft commercial space owned by him in Mumbai’s Goregaon area for a monthly rent of Rs 5.62 lakh.

Hrithik also renewed lease for his office space in Pune’s Kharadi at Rs 6.08 lakh per month. According to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix in February 2025, this property is a 9,209 sq ft commercial space.

Hrithik Roshan has been in the news for his upcoming projects including War 2 and Krrish 4, which marks his debut as a director.
