Maintain a clean and ventilated environment inside the house, but take care that the child is not exposed to cold air or pollution. If lamps or candles are being lit in the house, keep them away from the child’s reach and room.
Too much decoration or bright light can also irritate the baby’s eyes, so keep the lighting soft and mild. Do not let the child come in contact with crowds or many people, so that the risk of infection is reduced. Wear soft clothes and according to the season, and do not postpone the time of feeding. In the opinion of doctors, do not let the child’s sleep, feeding and rest routine get disturbed even in the festive excitement.
